A gentle exercise programme designed specifically for people with chronic lung disease.  The exercises aim to change muscle fibres, making the body more efficient at using oxygen.  This enables the affected person to do more before becoming as short of breath.  Also pulmonary rehab focuses on education.  Inhaler technique, breathing exercises to help reduce breathlessness, positioning, stress management and relaxation and sputum clearance techniques to name but a few.
